We knew no one nor were we familiar with the Anacortes area so this review has no bias. We were struggling real-estate hunting solo long distance until we found Nicole and then our amazing home journey began.
While working with her, we were able to learn more about the area and received lots of tips and recommendations. She is very diligent, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She provided consistent support from beginning to end of the home buying process. She really kept us informed and went the extra mile at every stage. Nate and his team at Windermere in Anacortes are hands down, the best!!! My HOA was in a tight spot and needed professional, honest management with a quickness and Windermere certainly was all of those things. Nate is currently acquiring his Professional Association Manager Certification (PCAM) & my HOA felt the immediate effects of this. Reserve studies were done, books were brought back to order and updated, a homeowner portal for the HOA was created. Getting lights and other simple maintenance completed became seamless with the portal. When I was challenged technology Nate, Dreybon and Kevin were there to help. They hosted all of our meetings and helped with all required documents as well.

Overall a solid, great value property management company. If your HOA is tired of the run-around from other local managers, I implore you to contact Windermere; they take care of everything they can and you will go back to sleeping well. My sleep as President of the HOA has been great since the transition to Windemere.
